The Arabian Gulf Journal of Humanities and Social Studies is committed to the highest standards of research ethics, Submitted research undergoes a rigorous peer-review process by a select group of specialized experts, applying strict ethical standards. To ensure the originality of content and prevent unethical practices such as plagiarism and data fabrication, the journal employs a dedicated program to compare submitted materials with existing publications.

The journal follows a stringent research review process and provides detailed guidelines for reviewers to ensure a high scientific quality of original research. Authors pledge to submit original works that have not been published or submitted elsewhere, and are free from any content protected by copyright. Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest prior to submission and provide a detailed description of the data and methodologies used to enable other researchers to replicate the study. Prior permission must be obtained to use any previously published materials.

The journal emphasizes the importance of avoiding plagiarism in all its forms, highlighting the necessity of correctly citing original sources. All submitted research is examined for plagiarism and may be rejected if plagiarism is found. The journal is committed to correcting any significant errors in published research as promptly as possible. The use of confidential information obtained through the review process without explicit written permission is also prohibited.

The journal affirms the necessity of not using artificial intelligence in writing research and emphasizes self-reliance in producing rigorous scientific work. The journal employs specialized programs to detect the presence of artificial intelligence in submitted research.

Authors must provide a precise description of the completed work and an objective discussion of its significance, along with sufficient details and references to allow others to build on the findings. The editorial board may request raw data for review. Authors must ensure the originality of their research and cite sources correctly. Publishing papers that describe the same research in more than one journal is prohibited.

Researchers must be involved in the design of research projects, data collection, data analysis, drafting scientific papers, critically reviewing them, providing final approval for the published version, and taking responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the research work. In the event of discovering a significant error in the published work, the journal editor must be notified immediately, and cooperation should be made to retract or correct the paper.
